# Wordfence 9.0

A new major version of Wordfence, the WordPress firewall and security scanner, with passkey sign-in.

Passkeys are available in both the free and premium versions, can be turned on for any user role and work with WooCommerce. The release also hardens the 2FA flow and its remember cookie.
